What is ATX-304 Capsule?
ATX-304 (also called O-304, CAS#1261289-04-6) is a synthetic small-molecule pan-AMPK activator.
AMPK is the body's "metabolic master switch." It controls energy balance, blood sugar, and fat metabolism.
ATX-304 directly activates AMPK. Unlike metformin (which works indirectly), ATX-304 stabilizes AMPK in its active form.
ATX-304 is currently in clinical development. Cambrian Bio is leading Phase 1b/Phase 2 trials for obesity and cardiometabolic diseases
